Surafel provides technical guidance for small farmers. The ripe peaches are picked by small families and sent to Dumerso for 24-36 hours. After washing, they are initially graded, then placed in the African scaffolding for more than 10 days to dry. At the same time, they are turned over daily to remove defects again, so as to ensure the stability of each batch of flavor and products.
