Kagumoini washing treatment plant

This coffee comes from the Kagumoini washing plant in Managua County. The plant is operated by the Kamacharia Farmers' Cooperative Association (Kamacharia Farmers Cooperative Society), which was established in 1993, when two other cooperatives in the area had been disbanded. The washing station has 1384 active members who send coffee cherries to a wet mill for processing from a small farm. The coffee is completely washed, that is, the outer layer and pulp of the coffee are completely washed off in the process of washing and depilation. After pulping, the coffee is fermented in a bucket overnight, then soaked again, and finally dried on an elevated drying bed.

Flavor characteristics

The flavor is very complex and rich in layers. With hints of candy and cinnamon. With this berry and blackcurrant flavor.
