The Peterson family is also the main management team of Jade Manor at present. On the right is the big parent Price, the most important pusher behind the Jade Manor. In the middle is Rachel, which is responsible for brand marketing and international bidding. On the left is Daniel, the "Bole" who is popular with geisha all over the world, responsible for cup testing and quality control.

Geisha beans are pointed, long and plump, quite different from ordinary coffee beans. They belong to the direct line of Typica. They were first discovered in the Geisha Mountains southwest of Ethiopia in 1930 (named because the pronunciation of Geisha is the same as the Japanese word for geisha). Its disease resistance is strong, but its production capacity is poor, so it has not been taken seriously, and later wandered around the countries, and settled in the volcanic areas of western Panama in the 1960s.

In 2002, Daniel, the second generation of the Peterson family, found that the coffee in the manor had a faint aroma of citrus flowers, which was obviously different from the general coffee flavor in Panama, so it was tested by a large-scale blanket cup, and finally found that this flavor came from the coffee trees around the manor that were regarded as windbreaks, and were identified as geisha by experts.

In May 2004, [Jade Manor geisha] made its debut in the Panama Cup Test Competition, and since then it has dominated the world. The brilliant record is unbeatable so far, including 18 international championships.
