Light roasted coffee is a coffee bean with a short baking time. These beans tend to retain more acidity, denser, and full of flavor from the country of origin. Light roasting has a mild taste, focusing on the ingredients of beans, but not as much shock.

On the other hand, deep-roasted coffee contains less caffeine because the longer it stays on the grill, the more it can disperse pure caffeine and other nutrients from coffee beans. Dark roasted coffee has a rich, bold taste, showing the characteristics of roasting rather than the taste of coffee beans, and sometimes bitter.
