This is a high-concentration and low-extraction extraction solution. First, we use a large amount of powder to extract a small amount of high-concentration coffee liquor, and then we can add hot water or ice cubes to dilute it according to our preferences to make a cup of hot or iced coffee with excellent taste.

Due to the short extraction time and then high concentration and low extraction, the parameters we use need to be slightly extreme! Take Qianjie as an example. The coffee beans shared by Qianjie this time are Esther Hathiu from the Qianjie bean list, a medium and lightly baked coffee bean with flowers and fruits aroma. But because the coffee made in this way has a concentration of 2.98%, which is not suitable for direct drinking, we need to go through now-add appropriate amount of water to the coffee to dilute the concentration. Since each person uses different degrees of grind, even if other parameters are the same, the final coffee will be different. Therefore, Qianjie Association recommends that you try it step by step, adding only part of the water each time, and then testing the taste until the concentration is diluted to meet your taste preference (the same is true for ice cubes). Then here, 120ml of hot water is added to the front street (the water temperature is also determined according to your preference), which is 6 times the amount of powder.
