KFC restaurant launches 10 yuan a cup of freshly ground coffee
A few days ago, KFC launched a series of freshly ground coffee products in more than 160 restaurants in Guangzhou, starting at 10 yuan. This is the third city to open after the opening of Shanghai and Beijing. According to reports, in 2015, KFC will launch freshly ground coffee series in 1000 restaurants in no less than 20 cities. The freshly ground coffee series launched by KFC uses 100% Arabica coffee beans, each cup is ground on the spot, with appropriate grinding fineness, extraction time and water temperature to preserve the mellow aroma of coffee beans.

Arabica coffee futures tumbled raw sugar futures hovered above 2010 lows
NEW YORK/LONDON March 9 (Reuters)-Arabica coffee futures plunged 4 percent to 13-month lows on Monday as the Brazilian real continued to weaken and the market returned to a massive speculative sell-off. Raw sugar futures also fell, approaching their lowest since 2010. Cocoa futures extended their losses in quiet trading. Data released Friday showed that recent losses in Arabica coffee futures were due to speculative selling.
