The quality of raw beans determines the basic flavor of a cup of coffee. without good raw beans, there will be no good coffee, so through the relationship between Xiamen and Taiwan, our fine beans are basically purchased from Taiwan. this also largely avoids some mainland raw bean merchants to exchange bad raw beans, even if the cost is much higher, but our quality can be guaranteed. Some time ago, a customer who bought an Ethiopian bean from my Taobao also bought the same bean from another baker twice and found that although the price was 10 yuan / half a pound cheaper than ours, the flavor was not as good as ours. I also know the baker, the baking technology is really good, and the roaster is much more expensive than us, and later I communicated with him privately. He found that there was something wrong with his raw beans, and he didn't even know that the raw bean merchants had tampered with it.

Opening a coffee shop is very tiring and it is not easy to make money, but there are a lot of people scrambling to climb into this hole. If you are a coffee-loving coffee shop, I will certainly support it, but if you want to enjoy life and open a coffee shop, it must not be far from closing down.
