Introduction:
Colombia is the world's largest coffee producer, alongside Brazil, Vietnam and Indonesia. With its unique land, climate, diligent farmers and skilled technology, the coffee produced here is recognized as high-quality coffee at high altitude. South of Vera is a famous coffee producing area, in which the farm of Alirio Aguilera Ospina (Alirio Aguilera Ospina), a small farmer in San Isidro, is located on a very steep slope in the rolling hills. it is more tropical than the neighboring area, has a natural sunshade and enough moisture to irrigate the coffee trees here, using only natural organic microbial fertilizer "EM Bokashi" and pure artificial processes. This coffee won the first prize in the Columbia Excellence Cup in 2013.
The Ospina family's efforts have resulted in such a clear and approachable coffee, which smells of cashew nuts, almonds, walnuts and milk chocolate. The refreshing juice exudes citrus, green lemon-like acidity, hazelnut, honey-like light and sweet, with chocolate flavor clean and leisurely in the mouth, the finish is long and meticulous, each taste is very clear, but will not steal each other's limelight. The clearness of the mouth is like the lightness of the body, so that anyone can fall in love with this feeling and be fit to drink at any time.
