World boutique Coffee Manor: an introduction to Paloma Coffee beans in Anjing Manor, Nicaragua
Coffee beans in Nicaragua are planted in volcanic ash soil, mainly bourbon, cultivated in shade. Trisum Anjing Estate is located in Jinotega Province, Nicaragua, Central America. The irrigation water comes from a 51-square-kilometer man-made Lake Apanas, Lago de Apanas, and the water comes from Tuma River.
The first time I baked Paloma, I tried three pots, and it was difficult to control it. Jumping to slaughter? Among the Paloma, Cosima, Ilana, Marabella, Caturra and Pacamara beans in Anjing Manor, it is said to be the best one to bake, but it is still a little difficult to bake, so the steaming time should be slightly prolonged in the previous period. SHG EP stands for SHG(strictly high grown) high altitude hard beans/ EP(European Processed) washing treatment, hard beans under the hot plate r, if you use the hand grinder grinding, need to be very hard, a bit like grinding stones, if you use HARIO hand portable grinder MSS-1B, ceramic sharpening blades may crack.
