Located in the central mountains of Cordillera, about 100km northeast of Popayan and 30km west of Monserrate, near the junction of Huila and Kuka provinces, the coffee-growing areas of this mountainous region have been rife for decades because of political agitation and drug trafficking. Despite such dangerous circumstances, the coffee grown in this area, due to the changeable terrain and microclimate in the mountains, is one of the most exciting and vibrant coffee in Colombia.

Eagle Village Coffee tends to have some ripe citrus and Monserrate coffee with deep cherry red character and strong tropical fruit flavors such as pineapple and orange.
