Adado is an amazing micro-production area in Yegashefi. When the bag is opened, the air is filled with a large amount of blueberry and vanilla aromas. After baking and grinding, the aroma will explode again. This is a veritable blueberry bomb. The first bite is rich blueberry flavor with a hint of balanced fruit acids, typical of sun-baked coffee. The cup is sweet, full of soft, delicate flowers. Quite simply, this is an amazing cup of coffee, rich fruity, thick bady, sweet and delicate floral.

Adado Co-op coffee comes from the Gedeo Zone in Ethiopia's southeastern plateau, with the capital city of Addis Ababa in the north. Gedeo people (often referred to as Darasa people) are classified as a culturally and linguistically distinct ethnic group. It is bordered by Sidama to the east, Alaba to the north, Burji to the west and Guji to the south. All the communities here belong to Cushitic languages in East Africa, and their main activity area since ancient times is the upper cliff of Sidamo Northern Rift Valley. To this day, Gedeo remains one of the most densely populated areas in Ethiopia.

Gedeo is home to the world famous Yirgacheffe and Sidamo coffee beans. The Yagashafi Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (YCFCU), founded in 2002, has 24 junior cooperatives and more than 50,000 farmers. The 1250-member Adado Cooperative is one of them. The farm is located in lush mountainous areas and coffee plantations are located at an altitude of 2000 to 2400 meters. Gedeo traditional farming involves interplanting coffee and enset (mountain banana) to keep the soil fertile.

Natural Flavor Description:

This is sunburned yega, no doubt about it. Opening the bag, a huge blueberry bomb exploded and filled the kitchen. The coffee had a strong blueberry aroma, with chocolate, honey, purple fruit, stone fruit, citrus, strawberry and other smells. Blueberry flavor is actually more like blueberry wine because of its light fermentation. The flavor is complemented by cocoa powder and sucrose, giving it a distinctive, full, clean texture. After cooling, it has lemon, vanilla cream and purple petals.
