Last Updated: 2024/11/08, Yega Xuefei: 1800 meters above sea level, 2000 meters above sea level; what Yega Xuefei means is to let us settle down in this wetland. Dr. Yeli, a coffee chemist in 2003, even pointed out that some aromatic ingredients of Yega Xuefei can also be found in Chanel No. 5 perfume! Yega Xuefei is affiliated to the Sidamo producing area, which is independent because of its special flavor, including Wenago, Kochere, Gelena/Abaya and so on.

Yega Xuefei: 1800 m-2000 m above sea level; Yega Xuefei means "Let's settle down in this wetland." in 2003, Dr. Yeli, a coffee chemist, even pointed out that some aromatic ingredients of Yega Xuefei can also be found in Chanel No. 5 perfume! Yega Xuefei is attached to the Sidamo production area. It is independent because of its special flavor. It includes three by-products: Wenago, Kochere and Gelena/Abaya.

Sidamo: 1400 meters-2200 meters above sea level, the flavor is similar to Yega Chuefei, refined washing or sun-washed Sidamo also has the smell of flowers and oranges, soft sour taste, and the price is as good as Yega Xuefei.

Liam: 1200 meters-2000 meters above sea level, the output is less, mainly exported to European and American markets. Liam's Body is low, and its floral and citrus flavors are inferior to those of Yegashifi and Sidamo, but the fruit is sour and bright!

Hara: 1500 m-2400 m above sea level. The annual rainfall in Hara is only 1000 mm, which is drier and cooler than the forests of Sidamo and Kafa, almost all of which are treated by the sun. In recent years, there are occasionally washed Hara, which is very precious! Hara Coffee is famous for its miscellaneous fragrance and is typical of ancient morning flavor.

Jinma: 1350 meters-1850 meters above sea level. Jinma has a better flavor than Brazilian commercial bean Santos and is a good medium-and low-priced formula bean. There are also limited edition boutique beans!

Yilu Babo: 1350 m-1850 m above sea level. It is the westernest producing area in Ethiopia, where beans are significantly larger than those of Yegashifi and Sidamo, with low acidity, good stickiness and balanced flavor. Most of the coffee here is transported to Jinma for mixed sale.

Kinby (Lekanti): 1500 m-1800 m above sea level. The bean is like a long bean similar to Hara. Sour fruit and fruity taste.

Tiebi, Bebeca: 500m-1900 m above sea level. The two producing areas are very close. Both places have wild coffee, the output is not high, mostly commercial beans.

Lake Tana: 1840 meters above sea level. The surrounding coffee production is very small, can not be called the producing area, the Lake District is full of Orthodox monasteries, churches, religious murals, is the most "divine" coffee in the world!
