Ecuador is a country that has all the conditions for producing coffee of the highest quality. Geographically located between Colombia and Peru, the mountains running inland provide sufficient altitude for producing high-quality SHB(Strictly Hard Bean: a hard bean produced in the alpine zone). In addition to good climatic conditions, it has fertile soil for the production of Ecuadorian coffee. Despite these natural conditions for coffee production, Ecuadorian coffee is not yet recognized on the market.

Ecuadorian coffee has a lot of potential in terms of natural conditions. Factors such as suitable altitude, climate and soil are not inferior to the natural conditions in other areas where the highest grade coffee is produced. Ecuador SHB mainly uses shade cultivation methods (planting tall crops such as bananas around coffee trees, creating artificial shade environment, delaying the ripening speed of coffee beans, thus producing higher-quality coffee cultivation methods), and has been certified as organic farmers many times. Ecuadorian SHB has floral aromas and sweet notes like hazelnut and apple. Although it does not have the intense and complex aroma of South American alpine coffee, it exudes a mild and sweet chocolate aroma.
