Located in Dipilto, Tianyi Manor grows coffee on 10 plots above 1350 meters above sea level. When Misael Sauceda Olivera, the current owner, inherited the estate from his father, PorfirioSauceda, he planted only two plots of coffee, then slowly acquired farmland from his neighbors to expand to its present size. Thanks to the efforts of the landowner, Tianyi Manor has been shortlisted for COE several times. Tianyi Manor, which continues to improve the quality of raw coffee beans, was still 24th in 2007, rose to 4th in 2008, and won the runner-up coffee planting in 2012 is one of the traditions that Dipilto locals insist on. The fertile soil is full of organic matter, and 1200 meters above sea level provides a pleasant climate, which is very suitable for growing coffee. The average temperature of 20 degrees Celsius and annual rainfall satisfy the growth of Dipilto traditional Arabica coffee.
