Costa Rican Coffee Manor Fire Phoenix Manor introduction Costa Rican Coffee Manor
Located in the central valley of Costa Rica, Fenghuang Manor is the first producer in Central and South America to produce honey-treated and sun-cured coffee. It is a 100% organic coffee plantation. The manor pays great attention to the concept of environmental protection, such as collecting Rain Water to process coffee and using organic compost instead of chemical fertilizers and pesticides!
What I want to share with you today is a honey-treated coffee bean from this excellent manor. Honey treatment is a treatment between sun exposure and water washing, which retains the cleanliness of washed coffee and greatly increases the sweetness of coffee because it is dried together with the mucous membrane of the pulp. Honey treatment can be divided into yellow honey (20% retention), red honey (50% retention) and black honey (100% retention) according to the degree of retention of the pulp.
Below I will share my baking record table for your reference!
