For example, the daily increase you need is 111 yuan, or if you are open 12 hours a day, the increment per hour should be 9.26 yuan.
Now that you have a very clear goal, break down a long-term goal into very detailed goals, and you can come up with a specific implementation plan.
The specific way to increase sales can be to distribute some promotional coupons to passers-by or potential customers in the business area to which the store belongs, so as to increase new customers, or you can write down new products or special offers on billboards at the door to attract more customers. You can also increase sales by increasing the consumption of your existing customers, and you can give them more options to increase sales through effective sales promotion.
First of all, you can write down all the methods available, and then decide how to implement them, who will be responsible, and when to finish them.
