Taste
A variety of flavors, low acidity, taste lubrication.
The round body and pointed body of bourbon nearly disappeared until after the millennium, when Yoshihiro Kawashima, an expert in coffee on the island of Japan, visited the island and joined hands with botanists from the French International Center for Agricultural Development to restore half-low Bourbon pointed beans. the 700kg pointed beans produced in 2006 were shipped to Japan and packed into a 100g pocket bag after roasting. The asking price was 7350 yen, which was robbed in one day. In 2011, the price rose to less than 8400 yen for 100g, which is more expensive than Geisha and Musk Kopi Luwak. It is the noblest coffee today.
The normal bourbon variety has short round beans, but in 1810 Rayloy, a coffee farmer on the island of Bourbon, found a short coffee in the garden with smaller leaves, smaller leaves, leaner beans and less yield than the average bourbon. It was confirmed by botanists at that time that it was a new variety. Because the two ends of the bean body are very sharp, it is commonly known as the bourbon tip, in order to distinguish the general round bourbon. But Dr Kramo discovered in the early 20th century that the leaves of the variety resembled bay leaves, so he took the Latin laurina, or laurel, as the name for the variety, but the industry is still accustomed to being known as a bourbon tip. Rain Water is not abundant in Bourbon Island, which makes the round body bourbon gene mutation.
