[Sun-baked Sidamo]: The beans are smaller than Longberry, green with yellow. In the sun-dried field of Sidamo, coffee is placed in a hemp net rack. Workers take turns to stir coffee manually under the sun. Sun-baked Sidamo is usually marked with G4 exports. Washed Sidamo has more G2 exports because of the more perfect processing process than sun-baked Sidamo.

Shakisso, located in Guji, south of Oromia region, next to Sidama and Gedeo.
