If you are browsing moments these days, the hottest topic is the fight between Xu Xiaodong and Lei Lei.

There is a lot of news that MMA madman Xu Xiaodong is fighting with the leaders of all the major schools of traditional Chinese martial arts. Lei Gong, who claims to be the founder of Lei Gong Taiji, was knocked to the ground by Xu Xiaodong in less than 20 seconds, and the video has gone viral on various social platforms.

With regard to this incident, it is still fermenting today, with numerous letters of war, swaying drooling, apologies and scolding, and even rising to moral and cultural self-confidence.

The reality is right in front of us, and the remaining conclusion is nothing more than everyone's value judgment based on their own understanding. I will not express my opinion here. As for the matter of "kicking Pavilion", it is not far away from us, and we want to say a lot.

The author's first experience of "kicking the gym" is still fresh in my memory.

In that year, our local physical coffee shop was like a beautiful socialite with white skin, which attracted everyone's admiration and approach. In six months, new storefronts appear almost every two weeks.

Unfortunately, we are the first batch of local stores, which attracted many young people who are about to enter the industry to watch: be polite, order a cup of coffee and sit at the bar to ask questions, impolitely, take pictures of every corner of the store with your mobile phone, and then rush into the bar with a rice ruler in hand.

And the most fatal thing is that as soon as a middle-aged man enters the door, he spits out a series of questions in a tone similar to interrogation: "how much is the price per kilogram of raw coffee beans,"where did you buy the cup", "how much can you make a profit every day", "how much is the rent per square meter", and so on.

After perfunctory, the middle-aged man opened his own storefront half a kilometer from us.

One night half a year later, near closing time, there were three regular guests at the bar, and the last few guests were left on the second floor. The middle-aged man came to the store with four social youths, puffed smoke under the ban on smoking, used a lot of dirty words, and drove away all the guests in the store. After our waiter had said all kinds of good words, he found all kinds of trouble and almost started.

Among them, the behavior was so dirty that he didn't want to talk about it in detail, and it ended up with the police.

Only later did I know that their shop had just closed down and came here to vent their feelings.

This is also the most outrageous and rough "kick" I have ever experienced. So much so that two more sets of monitoring were added inside and outside the store, and once they were bitten by snakes, this bite was extremely fierce.

This is indeed a bit of an exaggeration. I hope you will never encounter a similar thing.

We often say that the common "kicking gym" is much more "soft".

For example, a guest comes to the store and says to you:

This cup of coffee is strong, weak, sour and bitter.

This cup of flower drawing is too simple. It's asymmetrical and the edges are burnt.

The cup of coffee is bigger, smaller, deeper and shallower.

The music in the store is too noisy and old and vulgar.

Of course, some more professional guests will point out that they prefer a bean to walk for 20 seconds more after an explosion, or suggest that you adjust the water quality TDS in the store to around 100.

Years of coffee career, should let you develop a kind of "know people" ability.

Fortunately, 6 years of work in a physical store taught me how to distinguish between people with different attitudes.

To put it simply, does the guest on the other side come to seek opportunities for communication, or just to satisfy his vanity, using a few words to prove that the crash course did not listen in vain.

To put it more simply, the guest will walk out of the store with the pleasure of talking about coffee and making friends, or the sound of "I pooh" the moment he walks out of the door.

In terms of professionalism, when we open the door to accept guests, we need to take good care of every guest as much as possible, and there is nothing wrong with meeting their needs by treating "kickers" with different attitudes.

During the Spring Festival last year, the author hung the customer service of the online store on his mobile phone and chatted with a strange guest from out of town.

I said, I have been to your city, the coffee atmosphere is very good, I like it.

He said, it must be good. Do you know why?

I said no.

He said that those who were kicked out of the "kick Pavilion" opened a shop in our place, 365 days a year, and people kicked the pavilion every day.

The shop assistants who came to the internship were trembling every day for fear of unanswerable questions, especially the barista in their store who had just been working as a coffee for a year, went home every night to find various channels to study, and went to listen to good training classes when he heard of them.

Over time, new customers have become gluttons, and new baristas have become versatile. No wonder we outsiders used to be surprised to find that every coffee shop, from environment to details, from service to production, can stand scrutiny!

This is not to encourage everyone to go out to "kick the gym", but the same as the Wulin Yojia incident mentioned at the beginning of the article.

As long as it is not a malicious event that violates the principle, then the phenomenon occurs, but everyone thinks and reacts to it completely differently.

In the face of "kicking the gym", you can whisper to your companions: look, that fool is smashing the court again. It can also be seen as a test of coffee knowledge and dealing with others.

Maybe it's just five minutes, he's still him, you're still you.

Maybe in just five minutes, he can be a better him, and you can be a better you.
