Ordered a cup of flat white from SOE, Kenya, coffee and milk fusion degree is still very good, the product temperature is moderate, served immediately in front of can drink, flat white and piccolo and concentration have a feature, that is, "short drink", the best of this kind of coffee is three or four mouthfuls, taste the coffee itself before and after taste, although the time is short, but the process is to bring a wonderful journey to the taste buds.
This cup of Kenyan SOE should be moderately roasted in style. Unlike the light roasted Kenyan espresso in the past, this cup of body will feel better, but the playful acidity will be weaker. Maybe I am still sentimentally attached to the taste of fresh millennium tomatoes, so this Kenya will look different than expected, but the final rhyme is really great, very long-lasting, and the bottom of the cup is full of fragrance.

Maybe I am really not done. I even ordered another Brazilian SOE, and this time I replaced it with a smaller piccolo latte. In fact, not many people make piccolo in the cafe, so it is not easy to present a level of flavor expression in a small glass.

Close to the coffee photo, the coffee liquid surface is very flat, the fusion of coffee and milk is still very good, this cup of Brazilian flavor is more prominent, with a very primitive thick feeling, accompanied by a little cocoa flavor in the process, but then this thick turned into obvious sweet, very sweet, very soft.
