[Timor] Timo
Timor is a natural interspecific hybrid between Arabica and Robusta, also known as Tim Tim or Bor Bor coffee, which has 44 chromatids, so Arabica coffee was found in Indonesia in the 1940s. It has strong resistance to leaf rust-the most widely used rust resistant germplasm Hibri de Timor (HdT), cold resistance and high yield-thick trees, strong trunks and drooping branches allow nutrients to be dispersed effectively.
Timo coffee has a medium to all wide flavor and is full of life.
Strong and low-key acidity. Hair is occasionally produced during harvesting and processing.
