History: this coffee region was planted by Arturo Arturo Aguirre Sr, who brought seeds from El Salvador about 25 years ago. Interestingly, many years ago, most people didn't like its exotic flavor. Processing: Performance Process (P3). We call it our process of manually sorting, separating and selecting coffee beans in washing and drying machines. It also includes full fermentation, washing and drying very slowly after soaking for 24 hours. This enhances the taste and increases the preservation of coffee!
