Cup test report:
"Neli Mountain Farm" one of the earliest coffee farms in East Africa was built in 1800. At that time, it was still a British colony, and some missionaries had also planted it on a small scale. It was located on a high mountain at an elevation of 1800 Murray, 2200 meters above sea level in Neri District. It had its own processing equipment and its own staff, growing about 300 hectares of coffee. The quality of the coffee produced is quite good. This is a coffee with amazing sweetness, complex flavor and very clean.
First of all, there are bomb-like dry aromas of plum fruit, black sugar cane, honey, vanilla and lavender flowers. The wet aroma after adding hot water is cream, caramel and vanilla, with distinct floral aromas blooming-charming! -.
The glass shows an exhilarating explosive taste of lemon, a subtle sweetness, solid, bright and lively, very floral and round. Ripe fruit and attractive sweet fruit, is a cup of "flower" and "fruit" as the main tone of the coffee, bold, but very clean and delicate, well balanced, all the flavors match just right--
The top batch of Kenyan coffee so far this year can be said to be very competitive. The price of high-quality coffee is usually very high at Kenyan auctions, and the one we bought is one of the most expensive, and of course the quality is one of the best.
