Cup test report:

Colombia, currently the world's second-largest Arabica coffee producer, produces coffee from beginning to end because of the climate, which is good for consumers, but not a good job for hard-working farmers. You can easily buy Colombian coffee anywhere, and they are very successful for the whole sales promotion. Many people even equate "good coffee" with "Colombian coffee", but this is not entirely true.

In fact, most Colombian coffee is boring, boring, although the overall drink is quite clean, but you will find that you can hardly drink a good aftertaste! This is what I always say, unique does not mean delicious, because coffee is for people to drink, very distinctive, but without a good aftertaste and good taste, it is not really good coffee. So, is there good Colombian coffee? The answer is yes, but it may take a lot of time to work on cup testing.

Unlike other Central and South American countries, which are distinguished by altitude, the higher the altitude, the more organic acids accumulated, which means that the flavor of coffee will be richer. Colombian coffee is classified as Escelso Select and Supremo Special Coffee, which is based on the size of beans, but it doesn't make much sense to grade according to the size of beans, because the size of beans does not represent the quality of good or bad, so we still have to find out the real high-quality Colombian coffee through continuous cup testing, which is why we have seldom launched Colombian coffee on the shelf.

This batch of beans is really good Colombian coffee-especially its dry aroma is really attractive, floral characteristics, candy sweetness, caramel and sugar. The wet aroma gives off some wonderful aromas of fruit, jam, and berry fruit apricot candied fruit. The cup shows a very sweet fruity flavor-peaches, jam, almonds, candy and a creamy finish-and notice that it appears like ripe red berries when cooled. It is a simple but impressive delicious and attractive coffee--

■ taste intensity / flavor trend: low acidity and mild. Balanced and mild
