Cup test report:

Darmali Manor is located in Boquete. The owner of the manor is not born as a farmer and comes from German nationality.

He was a photographer himself, because he loved coffee and bought a piece of land in Bockett, Panama, and began to grow coffee, and the quality of the coffee was getting better and better through constant efforts.

This year, we are very lucky to buy these batches to participate in the competition during our visit to the manor. You know, every year, in order to participate in the BOP competition, the farm will carefully select the highest quality coffee, so this batch is very rare, and the raw beans are only 150lbs.

The dried aroma of ground powder is elegant and charming, with peculiar aromas of melon and grass in bourbon, with delicate caramel in the back! --

The wet aroma of hot water, fresh mint, a hint of flowers in the field, and the sweetness of fructose. After sipping the entrance, the sweet and ripe fruit flavor is like a succulent cantaloupe-the aftertaste is also very pleasant, full of syrup flavor! --

If you bake it a little deeper, it will show a great taste of nuts and chocolate. Brew it into an espresso (espresso) and get a cup of good, mellow, strong coffee--

This is the batch of the competition, the quantity is very small, you foodies must not miss it! --

Cup test score: 89.25
