Description:
It has been two years since the last time Sweet House launched the boutique coffee of Colombian coffee. During this period, we kept looking for it, but we couldn't find anything satisfactory. After all, Colombia still produces a lot of commercial coffee.
With the rise of the refined coffee market in recent years, more and more farmers have returned the original beans they abandoned before, coupled with the direct contracts between many coffee shops and farmers, so that high-quality beans have begun to appear, including today's protagonists.
This is a small batch of coffee from Torima Herrera. Sweet and meticulous is my first impression of him. The dried aromas are drupe, almond, vanilla, citrus and sweet peach.
After adding hot water, the wet aroma is honey, apple fresh with a touch of caramel.
The cup is strong but very meticulous, with soft cream chocolate-baked to full city with amazing sweetness, grapes, ripe fruits, bitter sweet chocolates, friends who don't like sour will be a great choice.
Cup test score: 88.75
