Instructions and cooking suggestions:
The Cremaviga Cooperative, located in Murang'a County, Kenya, is made up of 3500 farmers.
The elevation of this area is about 1600m above sea level. The well-known Neri district is a little lower above sea level. Usually, the higher the altitude, the better the quality, but there are exceptions. This coffee we introduced this time is an exception. It is simply a "big surprise". The quality is so good that it belongs to exquisite, elegant, sweet, medium-strength coffee, if you put it in 1Fue for 2 days. You will find that it is a real "fruit bomb", dry aroma with the top flavor of caramel and vanilla sweet! Wet aromas of rose, jasmine, vanilla and citrus with wonderful spice combinations-
If you choose shallow baking... It will drink a bright, delicate sweetness, and if you bake it, it will have the flavor of lavender, the brightness of Chinese herbs and flowers. Especially when it cools down a little bit, just the sweet taste of caramel and vanilla balances the rich and bright sour taste, and the finish is quite subtle! It's a very "delicate caramel" sweetness.
Cup test score: 91.75
