With regard to coffee, I think everyone has their own coffee scriptures. Whether it is noble Blue Mountain coffee or mamba coffee that only appears in novels, everyone rarely repeats their favorite coffee taste, either sour, bitter, thick as ink, or light as water. Some people regard a cup of coffee purely as a way to refresh themselves; some people drink too much and become addicted to coffee; some people drink a cup of coffee to improve their friendliness and temperament when they go out to pick up a girl; others regard coffee as a way to enjoy life. Anyway, no matter what kind of mentality you use to drink a cup of coffee, this kind of drink spread from abroad has replaced Chinese tea for thousands of years and become the daily drink of the general public.

Today, which way do you drink coffee?

Is it easy to use the three-in-one instant coffee provided by the office, make a cup of hot water and finish work hastily?

Is it sold at a roadside betel nut stand, a can of 20 yuan canned coffee?

Is a cup of Italian coffee sold by Starbucks for more than 100 yuan?

Or make your own cup of coffee in the office? (I)

Yes, when you are tired of instant coffee on the market, why not start with roasting raw beans and "make" a cup of coffee to taste it?

DAINICHI CafePro 518, this is not a new machine, on the contrary, it has been on the market for several years. Today, PERON is not going to take you on a trip to the history of coffee, but to share with you how interesting it is to watch raw beans change into ripe beans, from roasting, grinding to brewing, and finally to a cup of coffee made from fragrant and pure milk. From user to creater, the transition is really great. (tea)

The whole CafePro 518 is divided into four categories: raw bean baking area, ripe bean placement area, grinding follicle area and water supply system. Next, PERON will lead you through this machine from head to toe.

First see the part of the raw bean baking area, which is located on top of the whole machine.

There is an activated carbon filter on the top to filter out the heat emitted by the beans during baking.

This part of the manufacturer will take the initiative to test it every year, and it can be replaced free of charge during the warranty period.

Open it and see that this is where the raw beans are about to be reborn.

Because the fat master in the mirror didn't sleep well the night before, his hands were shaking all the time. XD

The protruding part on the left is the electric heating rod, which is responsible for heating the beans.

The middle strip, which looks like a spring, is a mixing rod used in baking.

The bezel seen on the right is the valve. When the beans are baked, they will be opened automatically, leaking the cooked beans into the storage area.

This plastic box on the right side of the machine is used to store bean skins.

After the box is removed, there is a mechanism inside that can manually control the valve switch. The purpose of this design is that you can also manually open the valve and put the cooked beans directly through the raw bean baking area to the storage area to avoid the process of roasting again.

Here we can see that there are already fried beans stand by in the cooked bean area. Drool

Below is the control panel and light display of the whole CafePro 518s. There is no particularly complex mechanism, and there is no Tianshu-like operation interface. Even if the noodles are written in Japanese, I, who know nothing about Japanese, can still use a few Chinese characters and talents to make a cup of fragrant coffee and bring it to you.

(fan Voice: what do you care? is that the manufacturer's excellent UI design? How talented you are-you think you are playing WoW! )

And then it's time to actually demo--

First fill the accompanying measuring spoon with a flat spoonful of raw beans

It's like a string of big beads and small beads falling off the jade plate. La-la--

After all the beans are poured in, choose the depth at which you want to roast (we all use deep roasting), press the yellow button next to it, and start baking.

(it's very simple-if I don't understand Japanese, I can also be a professional XD.)

Let's start baking--

At this time, the beans will gradually change from light green to an attractive brown color. Drool

At this time, you will find water vapor and attractive water droplets on the lid.

Seeing this means that the beans are almost finished baking.

Baked beans are usually kept for two days, so that the beans are fully "awakened" before they have the best flavor.

But when I roasted for the first time, the glutton in my stomach was ready to move, so I didn't care about many (I couldn't wait for two days, but I couldn't wait for two hours). I opened the small drawer in the follicular area and was ready to put filter paper to make coffee.

Put the filter paper in and get ready.

Ah, with coffee, where's the water?

Here's the water--

The amount of water placed here depends on your taste.

Mobile01's buddies are all heavy-tasting, so we all use only four cups of water to make five cups of coffee

Only in this way can you have a "feeling" when you drink it-^ + ^

The light color panel at the top is responsible for the baking depth of the beans, while the dark panel at the bottom is to control the output of coffee.

As mentioned above, we all use four cups of water to make five cups of coffee.

And the mode of operation here is also very easy, also after choosing the number of cups, press the big yellow button (of course, according to the usual practice, what is written in Japanese, I still don't know, ha! ), and then cross your legs and wait for the coffee to be made-drooling

The finished product is beginning to drip slowly!

The water is heated by the internal pipe and is directed to the place where the coffee powder is concentrated in the funnel. after blending with milk, the attractive coffee juice slowly falls into the transparent glass pot. The mood of waiting has always been the most anxious. Watching it flow slowly, I always hope to be able to flow faster, but I am afraid that it will flow too fast, so that I can only drink water in the end. Contradictory feelings are self-evident.

Finally, under the waiting of patience and love (laughter), a pot of mellow coffee was finally born by my own hands!

Although thanks to high technology, I only pressed a few buttons to finish this pot, but watching it from scratch, the feeling is not comparable to directly spending money to drink ready-made. Maybe that's where the fun of DIY comes from.

Next, how would you like to taste this pot of coffee?

Do you use an elegant coffee cup, fold your legs like a lady, and savor it in the setting sun?

Or just like PERON, one cup goes all over the world, regardless of boiling water, strong soup and hot coffee, it can be filled with a common cup?

Pour half a cup of coffee, and then the first half of the fresh milk

Compared with Latte, it tastes a little bit thicker, it's my favorite! (l)

Which do you prefer, plain black coffee or fresh milk sugar-free coffee?

Since this coffee machine entered the Mobile01 headquarters, the headquarters has been smelling of coffee every day-it is like working in a cafe every day, our minds are getting clearer and clearer, our exams are getting 100, and our people are much thinner. (omit thousands of words of bluffing)

But seriously, watching the process of raw beans turning into coffee, from roasting to filtering, has really given me, who usually only knows how to spend money on coffee, a deeper understanding of coffee. It is believed that in the next stage, PERON will fall into the myth of screening and buying all kinds of raw beans. It is expected that the smell of coffee will continue for a while at the headquarters in the near future. Those who are interested in coming to the headquarters for coffee are welcome to bring their own beans (see what you like) and cups (only two coffee cups). : $), come here and enjoy the fragrance of coffee with us, drink and surf the Internet!
