The tea pomelo manor bought by the Aguilera brothers in 2005 is located in the best scenic area of the Aguilera family, with an altitude of 1650 meters. In 2011 and 2012, it was ranked 12th and 14th in COE for two consecutive years.

The 12 Aguilera siblings, who joined the coffee industry in their parents 'generation, are now integrating a third generation. The family manages 7 farms + 1 micro-processing plant. In addition to hiring some pickers during the busy harvest season, almost all family members do it themselves from planting to processing. Other estates managed by the family have also been listed on the COE many times, and it is often the case that multiple farms of the family are listed at the same time.

The three brothers used elevated drying racks and shade nets to protect the coffee from direct sunlight, which prolonged the fermentation time. Fine processing gives this coffee: very rich flavor, structure, solid acid, extremely high sweetness. This is a rare clean and elegant dark honey treatment.
