She says that in order to drink a cup of coffee, the procedures are very complicated, including harvesting, peeling, natural fermentation, washing, removing bad beans, and then exposure to the warm sun for seven to 10 days, until the moisture content of the coffee beans drops to 12% before they can be shelled.
