The harvest season is between February and June each year. The soil is mainly composed of volcanic ash and is planted completely organically. The coffee is treated with 100% daily drying after ripening, and the coffee beans have a strong quality assurance through washing and manual selection. Due to the unique regional planting, coffee beans have strong regional characteristics.
Raw beans are very beautiful in appearance, sweet pulp after baking, high-quality fruit acidity, fruit aroma, mellow, taste characteristics similar to Kenya.
