Cup Test Report:

Darmali Estate is located in Boquete. The owner of the estate is not a farmer. It is of German origin.

He's a photographer himself, and because he loves coffee, he bought a plot of land in Poquete, Panama, and he started growing coffee, and it got better and better.

This year we were lucky enough to buy this batch during our visit to the estate, knowing that the farm carefully selects the highest quality coffee for the BOP competition every year, so this batch is very rare, only 150 pounds of raw beans.

Grind good dry fragrance elegant charming, with bourbon unique melon and grass aroma, the latter section with delicate caramel!

Wet aroma after hot water injection, fresh mint, light flower fragrance of the field, and sweet fruit sugar. After sipping, the sweet ripe melon flavor is like biting down on a juicy cantaloupe-the finish is also very pleasant, full of syrup flavor!

If you bake it a little deeper, it has a nice nutty, chocolatey flavor. Brew it down to espresso for a nice, strong cup of coffee.

Panama sun coffee craft is really very exquisite, especially in recent years really can be said to reach an incredible point, according to my observation, political stability, good public security, less natural disasters, local small easy to communicate, cooperation and sharing of results, open-minded learning to understand the market, is the key to their success. Today, we are going to introduce the Grand Mali Manor. The owner of the manor is not born as a farmer. He is a photographer himself. Because he loves coffee, he bought a piece of land in Panama's Boquete by chance and began to grow coffee. With constant efforts, the quality of coffee is getting better and better.

The dry aroma of the ground powder is strong and powerful, and the chocolate has a fruity flavor, very sweet! The wet aroma after hot water is ripe fruit, some spices and chocolate. The cup is very complex, clean with a solid taste, sweet ripe fruit, peach, apple, mango, melon sweetness, aftertaste is spice flavor, pleasant wine aroma, quite special!~~ If you bake it a little deeper, it will have a thick chocolate flavor. I also tried to brew it into espresso, and what I got was a strong, rich cup of coffee with a long aftertaste ~~ This is a cup of "special" coffee.

Flavor: Fruit, chocolate, bouquet
