Valentine's Manor covers an area of about 12.5ha. It is a miniature manor in Panama, of which 8.5ha is planted with varieties ranging from typica, RedCatuai and Pacamara. Since 2008, a small number of lots have begun to grow Geisha coffee, which now accounts for nearly half of the total. The manor is between 1500 and 1675m above sea level. in addition to the coffee planting land, there are also 3.5 hectares of primary forest and all kinds of fruit trees, including alpine cypress, pine and Eucalyptus trees, which is a typical example of self-sufficient manor. Love Sing Manor is best known for winning the championship in the 2011 Best Best of Panama, with a cup score of 92.3 points, which not only beat the most indicative and successive championships of the Jade Manor at that time, but also broke the record high of $70.25 per pound. The outstanding achievements in the following years have been innumerable. The owner, Mr. David Osorio, was born in 1865 on curacoa, an island in the south of the Caribbean. In 1915, he moved to the Pokuit region of Panama to start the family coffee business. In 2007, the second generation of family members, Efra í n Alberto Osorio Baxter and Efra í n Alberto Osorio Baxter, took over the family coffee farm. The name of the farm was commemorated by their mother Valentina Baxter de Osorio, closely related to everyone in the whole family. It also represents the self-identity and intimacy of a coffee family.
