The planting height is 1300-1500 meters, the cup is full of beans, with a bright and subtle sour taste, a light wine aroma, the characteristic area is shrouded in clouds all year round, the rainfall is abundant and cool, and the soil contains limestone and clay. With a planting height of 1500-2000 meters, the coffee beans tested in the cup are firm and full, with a special sour taste and a slight wine aroma, featuring the driest and highest-lying areas in which individual coffee is produced in the three non-volcanic areas. At present, it is the most rugged and remote part of the country, where coffee can be grown up to 6500 feet high because of the hot and dry wind blowing into the mountains from the Dehuang de pec plain in Mexico.
