Among them, the beans of the same grade and the same producing area are all mixed together and then auctioned directly, and the buyer will not know which farm or cooperative or producing area has won the bid. The farm / cooperative that used to trade directly with foreign raw bean merchants cannot continue to develop, which has no effect on yield and quality, but it is easier to distinguish the quality of coffee by price. The only thing that affects bean merchants is that they cannot make satisfactory profits through tracking, because coffee beans that do not pass through the ECX trading system will be subject to heavy tax, which now accounts for more than 90% of coffee.
However, the ECX trading system is not a good thing for buyers who love boutique coffee, so in 2010, Ethiopia launched the DST (Direct Specialty Trade) system. DST is an irregular Ethiopian auction. Only through the SCAA cup test standard of more than 80 points of boutique coffee specialty coffee can be traded with foreign bean merchants under the name of farm or cooperative. Farms / cooperatives with small quantity and quality that continue to be praised are the targets of foreign buyers.

Kochere Cochel is located in a small producing area 25 kilometers southeast of Yegashev, south of Ethiopia, where there are about 10000 coffee growers. Most of the residents' income is mainly harvested coffee. The producing area has very advanced coffee processing equipment, so coffee beans have excellent performance in flavor. Coffee grows in the mountains of 1900 to 2000 meters above sea level, and coffee varieties are native species with a long history (Heirloom).
