For professional baristas, please follow the coffee workshop (Wechat official account cafe_style)
Colonna bought the winning coffee at the 2016 Honduras Cup of Excellence this year. This is the best example of the outstanding flavor of the Lempira variety, with round, sweet juice, red apple dominated, taffy tail, and a very pleasant acidity as a whole.
Guadalupe Rodriguez is a very progressive coffee farmer. His Liquidambar formosana farm El Liquidambo is in the Pozo Negro village of Intibuca. He has devoted his whole life to farming. The meagre income from farming made him almost give up any hope of improving his life. It was not until he won the eighth place in the extraordinary Cup COE last year that he seemed to rekindle his hopes. Coffee is now the main source of income for his family, and every member of the family is involved in planting and coffee processing.
