With chocolate aroma, slightly citrus aroma, taste thick and clean, after the wind grease, throat rhyme smooth, soft acidity, and has a simple fruit acid and a hint of flowers and fruits, rich taste, excellent and persistent taste.
Because of the wide variety of Brazilian coffee, we can't just use the word "Brazilian coffee" to include it. The vast majority of Brazilian coffee is unwashed and sun-dried and is classified according to the name of the state of origin and the port of transport.
Brazil has 21 states and 17 states produce coffee, but four of them produce the most, accounting for 98% of the country's total output. They are Parana, Sao Paulo, Milas Gerais and Esp í rito Santo. The southern state of Parana has the most astonishing production, accounting for 50% of the total. Although there is a variety of coffee, Brazilian coffee does suit the taste of the public. The so-called bourbon species, native to the Indian Ocean island of Reunion, the green fruit will appear bright red when ripe, while the yellow bourbon species is derived from the cross between bourbon species and other varieties, and the fruit is yellow when it is ripe. Because the cultivated yellow bourbon species has low yield and is not resistant to wind and rain, it has not been widely planted. However, when planted at high altitudes, it will have excellent flavor performance, which is more common in recent years.
This yellow bourbon from Brazil is very special: ripe coffee cherries are not red, but yellow, similar to ripe yellow or green tomatoes. Yellow bourbon coffee originated on an island in the Indian Ocean (formerly known as Bourbon; today: Reunion, between Madagascar and Mauritius).
This coffee is genetically a different plant: it tastes neither Arabica nor robusta, but is comparable to very good Arabica coffee with an unusual extra feeling. Bourbon coffee trees have 25% fewer berries than Arabica coffee varieties. Coffee connoisseurs believe that this low-density berry crop will lead to a stronger flavor of coffee beans.
Coffee beans have a lovely color, mixed taste and aroma.
The taste of this coffee is considered unique: it is often comparable to a high-quality liqueur, adding intense acidity
