EL PITAL Pitar producing area, Huilan Province, HUILA, Colombia
Colombian coffee is widely sold in many producing countries, ranking the third largest coffee producing country in the world (the first is Brazilian coffee and the second is Vietnamese coffee). Most of the coffee tree species are Kaddura trees, and the owner of the manor will plant some Tibica or bourbon and so on. Almost all administrative areas have excellent producing areas and estates, and about 500000 people work in and around coffee production. 75% of the coffee is exported to countries around the world, earning 12.5% of the overall economy. Colombia's unique water washing method has been studied and developed for more than 10 years. Water consumption has been reduced by 95%, pollution has been reduced by 90%, and the taste and flavor of raw beans have been reduced by 90%. Raw beans have a layer of honey mucosa, which not only maintains the natural ecology, but also increases the layering of coffee beans.
Coffee beans from a single farm in EL PITAL Pitar, HUILA Huilan province, southern Colombia
The size of raw coffee beans is about 15 items, which belongs to the Excelso grade.
Huila Huilan province is located in the south of Colombia. due to its remote location, few people know about the coffee beans occupied by guerrillas in the early years. Since the first Columbia COE Coffee Competition began, almost half of the winning estates came from Huilan Province, especially among the 25 winning estates that entered the finals in 2005, 16 from the province is a favorite producing area of American raw bean merchants. The biggest feature of Huilan province and southern Columbia is that most coffee farms are planted in small areas, most of which will not exceed 7 hectares and the annual output will not exceed 100 bags. This small area of farming is not so commercial that it does not use too much chemical fertilizers or pesticides to deal with diseases and insect pests, and most coffee trees maintain the traditional Typica iron pickup. In 2010, Direct Coffee was introduced into EL Pital Pitar District Cooperative. The coffee beans are alpine beans at an altitude of 1400-1800 meters, and the coffee size grade is about 15 mesh Excelso. They are produced in January and February of this year.
