2017 New arrivals! Guatemala Cup of Excellence 14, La Vega Plan!
Excellent batch from Vivi Plateau! Osher exclusive batch!
Raviga is not the name of the estate, but an elaborate plan to win. The estate owner works closely with the union to achieve excellent results in the annual Cup of Excellence, and she does!
María Figueroa de Argueta was allocated a plot of arable land in 1953 by the Autonomous Region of Ciantra, covering less than 20 manzanas, and decided to grow coffee, which was dominated by tipica, elephant beans and bourbon in the early days.
After Maria's son Erwin Modesto Figueroa took over, he continued to cultivate coffee and added katura, green Pache and red Pache species. The administrative district was restructured around 2003, and the land was transferred to the town of Hope. In 2005, the Union Cantinil(Cantinil Cooperative Union) was established in the district.
Erwin Humberto, the third generation of the family, decided to cooperate with the union and join the high-quality coffee planting project and named it the Ravega Project. From the coffee planted by the family, the best batch of Ravega was selected to participate in the national competition. This batch of Ravega attracted the union officials with excellent quality and outstanding flavor in the internal primary election of the Contini Union. Everyone encouraged Humberto to continue to work hard and handle the Ravega batch well. Finally, it lived up to expectations. 2016 Cup of Excellence International Winner and 14th place winner! Raviga attracted attention in the Osher Team Cup Test and was rated highly with a cup test rating of over 89 points. This batch was awarded exclusively by Osher!
