We won the 8th Shangri-La La Batalla Manor and 26th Barbara Santa Barbara Manor. The following is a brief introduction to the 26th Barbara Santa Barbara Manor at COE International Coffee Cup Test.
The farm is located in the Apaneca Ilamatepec Mountains. The average elevation of the farm is 1400 meters. The coffee planting area is about 30 hectares, of which 23 hectares are planted in the low altitude bourbon species owned by the Miguel Armando family. In other areas, about 5 hectares are planted with native species, all above 1850 meters above sea level. Yuyin Farm was certified by the Rain Forest Alliance (RFA) in 2003, so it pays great attention to the protection of the ecosystem, including wild animals and plants and native forests, and pays great attention to environmental protection in the cultivation and production of coffee. The average annual rainfall is 2000 mm. The planting soil is fertile volcanic soil, and the annual output is 2000 bags of beans harvested and handed over to the Piedra Grande processing plant for professional middle and later treatment.
