History of the manor

Cloud Manor (Las Nubes) has been run by the Ashvania family for generations, and now Mr. Pedro Echeverria is in charge of the estate. This manor has a unique location, located on the slope of the Arcatel Nango volcano, facing the beautiful manor in downtown Antigua, at a high altitude of 1585-1890 meters, and enjoys the reputation of the manor in the clouds. The estate began to grow coffee as early as 1970. although the area of the estate is small, it can produce an astonishing 58 tons of high-quality Antigua coffee every year. The main varieties grown on the estate are bourbon and Kaddura, and the two varieties are uniquely mixed in some areas. The variety of shading trees planted in the manor is Gravilea, which not only provides good protection for coffee trees, but also does not compete with coffee trees to grow, and can keep the soil soft and rich in nutrients. The combination of sunlight, rainfall and soil here makes the coffee grown in the manor very special. It is located at high altitude, with a large temperature difference in the morning and evening, and the surrounding geographical environment is a primeval forest nature reserve. You can not only enjoy the natural landscape of active volcanoes between clouds and fog, but also watch precious and rare wild birds in the park. This ERGOS selected batch of washed wave sugar is planted in the terrain above 1800 meters above sea level, with rich flavor, fresh feeling of lemon and citrus in the front, unique tonality flavor of peach and red jujube, soft and balanced finish, high sucrose sweetness in the mouth and cocoa rhyme.
