History of the manor
The Pearl Pella Manor is located in the ancient mountains of El Quich é province in west-central Guatemala and is owned by two locals, Jos é Luis and Amparo Arenas, who are called "quiet guardians" by locals. Because it is located in the deep mountains, it is quite inconvenient to travel to and from each other. in terms of traditional means of transportation, it takes up to three days to get to the site of the manor by taking horses and donkeys and trudging through the endless mountain roads and forests. this also directly affects the external transportation of coffee beans after harvest, so another mode of transportation is to carry coffee beans by light aircraft, but the transportation cost and risk are also greatly increased. The manor even fell into 36 years of financial losses. But all kinds of difficulties did not knock them down. Through their resolute religious beliefs, hard-working attitude, enthusiasm for coffee and taking care of the lives of their employees, Jose Luis and Amparo Arenas led the people of the manor to turn this land into a "fertile ground" full of dreams and the future, and won the fourth place in the 2006 COE Cup competition.
The new Kaddura micro-batch that arrived in Hong Kong in 2017 can be said to be delivered to you by the Arenas family. This is a cup of coffee with a clear and well-balanced spindle flavor. please taste its unique characteristics of roasted nuts and golden sugar, high-quality bright acid value like white grapes, and finally stay on the tip of the tongue to draw a sweet ending for the whole cup of coffee.
