El Salvador Fincal Loma La Gloria Pacamara Washed
It's like tasting a cup of fruit tea mixed with golden proportion!
Finca Loma La Gloria (FLLG) is a coffee farm in El Salvador. Their coffee beans grow on the slopes of the El Boqueron volcano. From the volcano, you can see a beautiful panoramic view of the Queszaltepeque Valley. Anny Ruth Pimentel is the owner of the farm, but she believes that FLLG should not be owned by one family, but belong to the coffee farm of 30 families who work hard there.
All members work hard to irrigate coffee with love and expect everyone to taste the best coffee. Anny is proud of all the coffee beans from the farm, and every cup of coffee is the result of irrigating love and enthusiasm and hard work. Annie explained that a large part of the sweetness and clarity of her farm coffee came from her choice and delicacy when she picked it. She divided the harvesters into two groups, focusing only on the most mature coffee cherries.
At the end of the season, the group that picks the least immature coffee cherries will win the prize. This practice makes the coffee and cherries on the farm have the best maturity. Cooperative manager-Fernando. Fernando Silva explained to us that Los Ausoles provides local medical assistance to farm members and harvesters, helps farmers solve their questions, and buys high-quality coffee beans at higher prices. Anny's father, Roberto Pimentel, a civil engineer, bought Belvedere from the Carnep Foundation, a German non-governmental organization, and later named Loma La Gloria (LLG) after Anny's great-great-grandfather.
As a visionary businessman, Roberto began to plan the farm into several areas in 2002. Courtyard 2. Warehouse 3. Fermentation area 4. Grinding area. In 2009, Anny combined her marketing major to develop the brand, open a coffee shop on the farm, and develop professional courses such as baking, grinding, cup testing and so on. By March 2012 she quit her job and began to work on the farm with her father. In April 2013, Anny finally saw the sacks marked Loma La Gloria loaded into containers destined for Germany and the United States.
