Tobosi was founded in 2010 at an altitude of approximately 1450 meters and aims to become a leader in the supply of fine coffee by providing high-quality specialty coffee. We strive to manufacture products in an open and transparent system and have a complete track record to ensure that customers can get the best products. All quality services and manufacturing processes provided are subject to environmental protection. To achieve this goal, Tobosi planned two estates, Tobosi, originally an ornamental estate, now planted with 20 hectares of coffee trees, and Copey, a high-altitude forest of about 12 hectares, mainly planted with geisha coffee. Tobosi strives for perfection in the process of growing coffee. Based on the difference in height and environmental testing, together with soil analysis, they choose the areas that can best display the coffee characteristics to plant, which has ensured the ideal growth and adequate nutrition of coffee beans. Mario, who has 19 years of experience in quality control, helped Tobosi. He used to be the exclusive roaster and cup tester of COE. Full manual harvesting in the estate allows a more complete understanding of the maturity and tracking management of coffee cherries, and customers can further understand the quality, harvesting time, and all related processes.​
