The cherries are washed with fresh Kii and Kiringa water before the sun.

The AA level represents the highest grade, which is mainly sorted from a coffee bean size screening process (the bigger the coffee bean, the higher the quality). FAQ means that there are occasional minor defects while maintaining good cup testing quality.
