Spring Manor (Fazenda Primavera) is located on the Minas Plateau (Chapadas de Minas) in Minas Gerais state (Minas Gerais), a famous coffee producing region in central Brazil, at an altitude of 1000m to 1050m.

Because of its flat terrain and geographical advantages of adjacent river valleys, the Minas Plateau began to grow coffee in the 1870s. Coffee has also become an important economic source of the area and provided more job opportunities for local residents. At present, the main post-processing method of coffee in Minas Plateau is sun treatment, but due to the influence of market preference, many farmers have begun to wash beans in large quantities.

In addition to its altitude, the spring manor's climatic conditions are also one of the advantages of producing high-quality coffee, with an average annual temperature of 20-24 degrees Celsius and an average annual rainfall of 1000-1300 mm. The manor has passed a number of international certifications, such as rainforest certification and UTZ certification, and is also a member of the Brazilian Fine Coffee Association.

The current farm manager is Mr. Ricardo Tavares, and Mr. Ricardo Tavares followed in his father's footsteps into the world of coffee. As a new generation of coffee heir, Mr. Ricardo Tavares is committed to developing and supporting various coffee production technologies, especially in the cultivation of boutique coffee. In spring, the farm has set up 24000 square meters of tanning beds and 14 dryers, as well as complete washing equipment. Huangkaduai and Hongkaduai account for 95% of the coffee production capacity of the farm, and in recent years they have begun to experiment with various coffee varieties, such as the New World Variety (Mundo Novo).

The batch selected by Alpha Coffee & Tea is called "Mahogany". Its name comes from the Mahogany tree, the shade tree of these coffee trees, the first special tree planted by Mr. Ricardo Tavares in the spring manor. Product name: Minas Guinas Minas Spring Manor Fazenda Primavera
