Progressive Farm (El Progreso) is located in the town of Totoro, Cauca, Colombia. Farmer Julian Palomino Julian Palomino and his wife Maria Teresa own a 4-hectare farm on a mountain 2000 meters above sea level, all growing Castillo. Due to more detailed picking methods, treatments, and the special local microclimate, the coffee they grow is sweeter than that of other farms. When The Barn detected this coffee, it drank the flavors of pear, dried fruit, caramel and sugar cane, and when the temperature dropped, it changed to white grape and sweet apple flavor, rich in layers and full of citrus tail.

"when I started running the farm, I met my wife, who was also my work partner, and we shared all the farm work together. Since she comes from the Canon family, I am more confident in my decision to devote myself to cutting coffee. " The couple strictly did what they were supposed to do to produce good coffee: picking only dark purple cherries, extending the fermentation time from 12 hours to 20 hours, and drying in a net greenhouse to make the air more ventilated.
