Mocha kettle method
Mocha pots, like siphon pots, are also popular coffee-making tools. Compared with the siphon pot, the structure of the mocha pot is simpler: generally speaking, the mocha pot is divided into two parts, the lower pot filled with water, with a safety relief valve, a coffee powder bowl, and an upper pot with a coffee guide tube. Some mocha pots are equipped with a filter, while those without can be replaced by filter paper when making coffee. The mocha pot is made of many materials, and the more popular ones are stainless steel products and aluminum products.
All you need to make coffee from a mocha pot is an alcohol lamp (or a small Gas oven if your pot can withstand such baking), a mocha pot bracket, fresh coffee beans, and a bean grinder.
Production steps
1. Add the right amount of hot water to the pot. Usually a cup of coffee with water around 150cc. It should be noted here that the water level is not higher than the empty height of the relief valve. The purpose of using hot water on the one hand is to reduce the heating time, on the other hand, it is also to let the steam reach a larger value at once, so that the water can quickly pass through the coffee pressed powder.
2. Grind the coffee beans and put them in a powder bowl. The coffee powder used in the mocha pot to make coffee is medium fineness, which is a little finer than the powder used in the siphon pot. One cup of coffee powder 12g--15g, each additional cup can increase 10Mel 12g powder. Put the ground powder into a powder bowl, distribute it evenly, and then gently compact it. No off-the-shelf filter needs to be replaced with filter paper, pay attention to the diameter of the filter paper is not larger than the diameter of pressed powder, so as not to give too much resistance to the steam in the pot.
3. Put the powder bowl into the lower pot and tighten the upper and lower pot and begin to heat.
4. Under the action of steam pressure, water will quickly pass through the coffee pressed powder and flow into the pot through the air above the coffee duct. When there is no more coffee or the amount of coffee reaches the amount you want, you can turn off the engine.
5. Cool the pot with cold water, pour the coffee into a preheated cup, and the mocha pot coffee is finished. The coffee made by the mocha pot is rich in flavor and rich in taste.
6. Separate the upper and lower pots, pour out the coffee grounds and filter paper, rinse and wipe the upper and lower pots, and keep them properly.
The mocha pot is much easier to make coffee than the siphon pot. Without stirring, the coffee comes out completely on its own. But this is only the simplest way, the master will also pursue the control of firepower, the control of extraction time, and so on. I believe that in the production again and again, we will also find some subtle factors to produce a master style of delicious coffee!

The siphon pot method that is popular all over the world
The siphon pot is said to have been invented in 1840 by a Scottish naval engineer named Napier (another term was invented by German scientists). Although the inventors at that time did not necessarily have such a wonderful invention because of coffee, the siphon pot was widely used to make coffee. It was popular in the United States as early as World War I. Until now, it is also very popular with coffee lovers.
