It should be fully heated before use every day, and the brewing head and filter handle should be washed with hot water in order to enjoy the first cup of coffee of the day. Remember to clean all parts after use. There is a blind filter with a large coffee opportunity, which is used to clean the water outlet, because the coffee will pour into the inner channel of the machine due to the maintenance of pressure, and it will accumulate flavor over time. With an Italian coffee machine, the grinding of coffee powder is relatively young, and the goal is to finish the water in 20-30 seconds. Of course, it will not taste enough if it is too fast, and it will become bitter for too long. The ground coffee powder should be swept flat on the filter handle, about 8 grams per shot, and then flattened with a filler of about 30 pounds, which is used to determine whether the grinding degree is sufficient or excessive when coming out of the water.
