The freeze-dried walnut protein powder, a new type of health product replaced by fat powder successfully developed by Hougu Coffee, was unveiled in Kunming. The product, named Walnut 007, can not only replace the plant fat powder added in instant coffee, blend well with instant coffee powder, but also replace plant fat powder as a widely used food ingredient. Tracing back to the "beginning" of fat plant powder is because many people like to drink coffee with milk, which is better in terms of vision and taste, and is the natural companion of coffee. However, due to the high cost of milk, and directly added to instant coffee, the protein in milk will combine with the acidic substances in coffee and denature.
